§ 28-35-56 Effect of death of petitioner.– No proceedings under chapters 29 – 38 of this title shall abate because ofthe death of the petitioner, but may be prosecuted by his or her legalrepresentative or by any person entitled to compensation by reason of his orher death under those chapters.
