SECTION 28-35-63

   § 28-35-63  Representation of employers.– Notwithstanding any other provision of law, in any proceeding before theworker's compensation court an employer may be represented by an attorney atlaw or by any officer or employee of the employer who has been specificallyregistered by the employer with the permission of the court as a representativeof the employer for those proceedings.
