SECTION 28-35-7

   § 28-35-7  Enforcement of memorandum ofagreement. – Any memorandum of agreement shall be enforceable by a suitable action orproceeding brought by either of the parties to it before the workers'compensation court, including executions against goods, chattels, and realestate, and including proceedings for contempt for willful failure or neglectto obey the provisions of the memorandum of agreement, and in cases involvingfuture payments of compensation aggregating not less than fifty dollars($50.00) the attorney general shall at the written request of the directorprosecute a suitable action or proceeding for the court in the name of thedirector to compel either party to the agreement to comply with its terms.
