§ 28-36-3 Appeal of unreasonable demands.– Any party aggrieved by any unreasonable requirement or demand made by thedirector, pursuant to this chapter may appeal to the workers' compensationcourt, and § 28-36-10 shall not apply while the appeal is pending.
