SECTION 28-36-9

   § 28-36-9  Insurance agreements subject tostatutory provisions. – Every contract subsequently made for the insurance of the compensation providedfor in chapters 29 – 38 of this title or against liability for it shall bedeemed to be made subject to the provisions of those chapters, and allprovisions of policies inconsistent with those chapters shall be void.
