SECTION 28-37-15

   § 28-37-15  Returns and payments byinsurers. – Every insurer shall, within sixty (60) days of notice, file with the director,in any form and containing any information that he or she may prescribe, areturn under oath or affirmation signed by a duly authorized officer or agentof the insurer, and shall at the same time make the payment to the director ofthe amount due in accordance with this chapter.
