SECTION 28-37-23

   § 28-37-23  Interest on delinquentpayments. – If any payment required of any insurer or certified employer by this chapter isnot made when due, the insurer or the certified employer shall be required topay, as part of that payment, interest on it at the rate of one percent (1%)per month from the due date.
