SECTION 28-37-28

   § 28-37-28  Prosecution of actions. –All actions for any violations of this chapter or of any of the rules orregulations promulgated by the director, or for the collection of payments inaccordance with § 28-37-13 or § 28-53-9 or other penalties under thischapter, shall be prosecuted by any qualified member of the Rhode Island barwhom the director may designate, in the name of the director, and the directorshall be exempt from giving surety for costs in any proceedings. The workers'compensation court shall have jurisdiction over all civil actions filedpursuant to this section.
