SECTION 28-38-20

   § 28-38-20  Appointment of administratorand personnel. – The director shall appoint an administrator of the center. The administratorshall appoint all medical and technical personnel and an administrativeassistant of the center if this is necessary, with the advice and approval ofthe director, under the rules of civil service. Clerical and administrativepersonnel shall be appointed by the director under the rules of civil service.
