SECTION 28-38-25
§ 28-38-25 Effect of change of name.– The change in name pursuant to § 28-38-24 shall in no way affect thepowers and duties of the director or the administrator; and those officialsshall be responsible for the control, management, and operation of the Dr. JohnE. Donley Rehabilitation Center in the same manner as they have previously beenresponsible for the control, management, and operation of the center under thename of the curative centre.
