§ 28-39-10 - Responsibility for administration.
SECTION 28-39-10
§ 28-39-10 Responsibility foradministration. – Chapters 39 – 41 of this title shall be administered by the department oflabor and training. The director and the board of review shall have the samepowers and duties with relation to those chapters as they have to chapters 42– 44 of this title.
