SECTION 28-39-13

   § 28-39-13  Legal representation inactions. – On the request of the director or the board of review, the attorney generalshall represent the director or the board of review and the state in any courtaction relating to chapters 39 – 41 of this title or their administrationand enforcement, except as special counsel may be designated by the directorwith the approval of the governor and except as otherwise provided in thosechapters.
