§ 28-39-17 - Witness fees.
SECTION 28-39-17
§ 28-39-17 Witness fees. – Witnesses subpoenaed pursuant to chapters 39 – 41 of this title shall beallowed fees at a rate fixed by the director. Those fees shall be deemed a partof the expense of administering chapters 39 – 41 of this title.
