SECTION 28-39-22

   § 28-39-22  Agencies entitled toinformation. – Notwithstanding § 28-39-21, the director is authorized to divulge theinformation confidentially held by the department to the agencies enumerated in§ 28-42-38 as proper agencies entitled to access to that informationrelating to the administration of temporary disability insurance.
