SECTION 28-39-27

   § 28-39-27  Penalty for violationsgenerally. – Any violation of any provision of chapters 39 – 41 of this title or of anyorder, rule, or regulation of the department for which a penalty is neitherprescribed above nor provided by any other applicable statute, shall bepunished by a fine of not less than twenty dollars ($20.00) nor more than fiftydollars ($50.00), or by imprisonment not longer than thirty (30) days, or byboth that fine and imprisonment.
