§ 28-39-31 Prosecution of criminalactions. – All criminal actions for any violation of chapters 39 – 41 of this titleor any rule or regulation of the department shall be prosecuted by the attorneygeneral or by any qualified member of the Rhode Island bar that shall bedesignated by the director and approved by the attorney general to instituteand prosecute that action.
