§ 28-39-32 - Limitation of prosecutions.
SECTION 28-39-32
§ 28-39-32 Limitation of prosecutions.– No person shall be convicted of any offense for any violation of chapters 39– 41 of this title or any rule or regulation of the department unless thecomplaint or warrant for that violation has been issued within five (5) yearsfrom the time of the commission of the offense.
