   § 28-39-34  Appropriations foradministration. – The general assembly shall annually appropriate a sum sufficient for thepayment of expenses of administering chapters 39 – 41 of this title duringeach fiscal year, which sum shall be payable out of the temporary disabilityinsurance reserve fund; provided, that those sums shall be available to thedirector for the payment of expenses of administration of those chapters onlyto the extent that moneys received from the federal government are notavailable for that purpose as provided in § 28-39-33.
