   § 28-39-35  Educational program. – The director shall undertake an educational publicity program designed tosafeguard the fund created by this chapter. The director shall solicit theco-operation and assistance of labor, industry, and the public generally, ineffecting that program. In the exercise of his or her authority under thischapter, the director shall give publicity to the need for accident prevention,and the preservation of health. He or she shall publicize the need forindustrial employment to provide the best available safeguards for workers, aswell as appropriate sanitary facilities, and he or she shall also publicize thepotential results of malingering.
