SECTION 28-39-7

   § 28-39-7  Creation of reserve fund –Sources. – (a) There is created the temporary disability insurance reserve fund, to beadministered in the manner subsequently prescribed in this chapter, withoutliability on the part of the state beyond the amounts paid into and earned bythe reserve fund. This reserve fund shall consist of:

   (1) All contributions;

   (2) All penalties paid subsequent to June 30, 1947, pursuantto §§ 28-39-23 – 28-39-32 and §§ 28-40-1 –28-40-8;

   (3) All other moneys paid into and received by the reservefund;

   (4) Property and securities acquired by and through the useof moneys belonging to the reserve fund; and

   (5) Interest earned upon the moneys belonging to the reservefund.

   (b) All moneys in the reserve fund shall be mingled andundivided.
