SECTION 28-4-2

   § 28-4-2  Parties to sign indenture. –Every indenture shall be signed:

   (1) By the minor;

   (2) By the parents, or either one of them, as the naturalguardians or guardian of the minor; or by the duly appointed legal guardian ofthe person, or of the person and estate of the minor, if any; or by the personhaving the legal custody of the minor;

   (3) By the employer.
