SECTION 28-4-5

   § 28-4-5  Effect of indenture as againstparties. – All indentures made in accordance with the provisions of §§ 28-4-1– 28-4-4 shall be good and effectual in law against all parties and theminor engaged by them, according to their tenor, except as to any of theirprovisions that the court, in which any suit or controversy relating to thearticles of indenture may be heard, shall determine to be unjust orunreasonable.
