SECTION 28-41-21

   § 28-41-21  Decision of appeal tribunal orreferee. – (a) After a hearing, an appeal tribunal shall make findings and conclusionspromptly and on the basis of the findings and conclusions affirm, modify, orreverse the director's determination. Each party shall be promptly furnished acopy of the decision and the supporting findings and conclusions. This decisionshall be final unless further review is initiated pursuant to § 28-41-22within fifteen (15) days after the decision has been mailed to each party'slast known address or otherwise delivered to him or her, provided that thatperiod may be extended for good cause.

   (b) A decision of the referee of the board of review shall behonored and complied with until or unless modified or overruled by the board ora court of competent jurisdiction.
