SECTION 28-41-26

   § 28-41-26  Denial of appeal to boarddeemed decision of board. – For the purposes of judicial review, an appeal tribunal's decision from whichan application for appeal has been denied by the board of review shall bedeemed to be the decision of the board, except that the time for initiatingjudicial review shall run from the date of the mailing or delivery of thenotice of the denial of the application for appeal by the board.
