SECTION 28-41-30

   § 28-41-30  Waiver of rights –Agreement to pay employer's contributions. – No agreement by any individual to waive his or her right to benefits or anyother right under chapters 39 – 41 of this title shall be valid. Noagreement by any individual in the employ of any person or concern, to pay allor any portion of the contributions required under these chapters fromemployers, shall be valid. No employer shall make or require or accept anydeduction from wages to finance the contributions required of him or her, orrequire or accept any waiver by an individual of any right under chapters 39– 41 of this title. The director shall have power to take any stepsnecessary or suitable under those chapters to correct or prosecute anyviolation.
