SECTION 28-42-13

   § 28-42-13  State employees. – Notwithstanding any inconsistent provisions of chapters 42 – 44 of thistitle, the state and its instrumentalities shall be deemed to be employingunits and services performed in the employ of the state and itsinstrumentalities shall be deemed to constitute employment subject to thosechapters with the exception set forth in § 28-42-14. Except as otherwiseprovided herein, all other provisions of these chapters shall continue to beapplicable.
