SECTION 28-42-22

   § 28-42-22  Requisitions from trust fundfor temporary disability insurance fund. – The director shall also from time to time requisition from the unemploymenttrust fund any amounts of money that shall be equal to the amount of employeepayments already contributed to the fund by employees of the state, and thedirector shall deposit the moneys upon requisition into the temporarydisability insurance fund created under § 28-39-4, solely for the purposeof payment of cash benefits to individuals with respect to their disability,exclusive of expenses of administration.
