SECTION 28-42-29

   § 28-42-29  Expenditure of administrativefunds authorized by Secretary of Labor. – All moneys received by the director from the Secretary of Labor of the UnitedStates under Title III of the Social Security Act, 42 U.S.C. § 501 etseq., or any unencumbered balance of the employment security administrationaccount except money received for the payment of expenses incurred pursuant toan appropriation duly made by the legislature in accordance with the provisionsof 42 U.S.C. § 1103, shall be expended by the director solely for thepurposes and in the amounts found by the Secretary of Labor to be necessary forthe proper and efficient administration of chapters 42 – 44 of this title.
