   § 28-42-38.3  Penalty for unauthorizeddisclosure. – Any person releasing or procuring the release of quarterly wage informationsupplied to the department of labor and training by any employer pursuant tothis chapter, except as is otherwise specifically authorized by this chapter,shall be guilty of a misdemeanor punishable by a fine not to exceed onethousand dollars ($1,000) or imprisonment for a term not to exceed one year, orboth.
