SECTION 28-42-39

   § 28-42-39  Reports of contracts forservices to be rendered within state. – Whenever any employing unit, subject to the provisions of § 28-42-38,contracts with any employing unit having its principal office or place ofbusiness outside this state, for the performance of any work which wouldrequire the services of individuals in employment within this state, theemploying unit for whom that work is to be performed, pursuant to thatcontract, shall render a report to the director, in any manner that thedirector may prescribe, of the existence of that contract.
