SECTION 28-42-41

   § 28-42-41  Legal representation of state.– On the request of the director or the board of review, the attorney generalshall represent the director or the board and the state in any court actionrelating to chapters 42 – 44 of this title or their administration andenforcement, except as special counsel may be designated by the director withthe approval of the governor and except as otherwise provided in those chapters.
