§ 28-42-43 Acceptance of federalprovisions. – The state of Rhode Island accepts the Wagner-Peyser Act, 29 U.S.C. § 49 etseq., in conformity with 29 U.S.C. § 49c, and will observe and comply withthe requirements of that Act.
