   § 28-42-45  Agreements as to employmentoffices. – For the purpose of the establishment, maintenance, and use of free publicemployment offices in this state, the director is authorized to enter intoagreements with any agency of the United States charged with the administrationof an unemployment compensation law, with any political subdivision of thisstate, or with any private nonprofit organization, and as part of thatagreement the director may accept for his or her use services or quarters, orthe director may accept as contributions to the administration account moneysmade available to him or her for the purposes of this section.
