SECTION 28-42-47

   § 28-42-47  Expenditure of federal funds.– All federal funds made available to the director or to this state under theWagner-Peyser Act, 29 U.S.C. § 49 et seq., shall be paid into theemployment security administration account created by § 28-42-25, andthose funds are made available to the director to be expended as provided bychapters 42 – 44 of this title.
