SECTION 28-42-48
§ 28-42-48 State funds for employmentservice. – All funds made available by the general assembly for the state employmentservice shall be paid into the employment security administration accountcreated by § 28-42-25, and those funds are made available to the directorto be expended as provided by chapters 42 – 44 of this title.
