SECTION 28-42-49

   § 28-42-49  Appropriations for employmentoffices. – The general assembly shall from time to time appropriate any sums of money thatmay be necessary, out of moneys in the general treasury not otherwiseappropriated, for the purpose of maintaining the public employment officescreated under this chapter, and for the purpose of cooperating with the UnitedStates employment service.
