SECTION 28-42-56
§ 28-42-56 Witness fees. – Witnesses subpoenaed pursuant to § 28-42-54 shall be allowed fees at arate fixed by the director. Those fees shall be deemed a part of the expense ofadministering chapters 42 – 44 of this title.
