SECTION 28-42-57

   § 28-42-57  Parties to judicial action.– The director or the board of review shall be deemed to be a party to anyjudicial action involving decisions which have been appealed to the courts, andmay be represented in any judicial action by any qualified attorney designatedby him, her, or it for that purpose or, at his, her, or its request, by theattorney general.
