SECTION 28-42-61

   § 28-42-61  Continuance of arrangementsafter changes in law. – If after entering into an arrangement provided in §§ 28-42-58 –28-42-60, the director finds that the employment security law of any state orterritory, the federal government, or any foreign government, participating inthat arrangement has been changed in a material respect, the director shallmake a new finding as to whether those arrangements shall be continued withthat state or territory, the federal government, or the foreign governmentinvolved.
