§ 28-42-70 Prosecution of criminalactions. – All criminal actions for any violation of chapters 42 – 44 of this titleor of any rule or regulation shall be prosecuted by the attorney general or byany qualified member of the Rhode Island bar that shall be designated by thedirector and approved by the attorney general to institute and prosecute thataction.
