SECTION 28-42-74
§ 28-42-74 Severability. – If any provision of chapters 42 – 44 of this title, or its application toany person or circumstance, is held invalid, the remainder of the chapters andthe application of that provision to other persons or circumstances shall notbe affected by that invalidity.
