SECTION 28-44-1

   § 28-44-1  Source and manner of payment ofbenefits – Services covered by federal law. – Benefits shall be payable from the fund and shall be paid through employmentoffices, or any other agencies that the director may designate, and the federalSocial Security Administration may approve, in accordance with any regulationsadopted as prescribed. No individual shall have or assert any right to benefitsunder the employment security law of this state with respect to wages paid forservices, as defined in § 28-42-8(5) irrespective of when those serviceswere performed.
