SECTION 28-44-13
§ 28-44-13 Report of wages received.– In claiming benefits under this chapter an employee shall, during each week ofhis or her unemployment, correctly report any wages received by him or herduring that week and shall make those reports in accordance with theregulations adopted as prescribed.
