SECTION 28-44-43

   § 28-44-43  Filing of appeals from director– Parties – Withdrawal. – Any claimant or any employing unit or employer who is an interested party asdefined in § 28-44-39(c) may file an appeal from the determination of thedirector within the specified time. The parties to an appeal from adetermination shall include all interested parties. Appeals may be withdrawn atthe request of the appellant and with the permission of the appeal tribunal, ifthe record preceding the appeal and the request for the withdrawal support thecorrectness of the determination and indicate that no coercion or fraud isinvolved in the withdrawal.
