SECTION 28-44-51

   § 28-44-51  Denial of appeal as decision ofboard of review. – For the purposes of judicial review, an appeal tribunal's decision from whichan application for appeal has been denied by the board of review shall bedeemed to be the decision of the board of review, except that the time forinitiating judicial review shall run from the date of the mailing or deliveryof the notice of the denial of the application for appeal by the board ofreview.
