SECTION 28-44-66

   § 28-44-66  Athletes. – Benefits shall not be paid to any individual on the basis of any service,substantially all of which consists of participating in sports or athleticevents or training or preparing to so participate, for any week which commencesduring the period between two (2) successive sport seasons or similar periodsif that individual performed those services in the first of those seasons orsimilar periods and there is a reasonable assurance that the individual willperform those services in the later of those seasons or similar periods.
