SECTION 28-45-4

   § 28-45-4  Personnel. – For the purpose of carrying out administerial duties the council may employassistants and clerical personnel as are necessary, who work under the generalsupervision of the director of labor and training. All those assistants andclerical personnel shall be appointed under and be subject to the provisions ofchapter 4 of title 36.
