SECTION 28-46-4

   § 28-46-4  Employer's notice of intent tocease operations. – Any employer who intends to cease to operate a place of employment within thisstate shall notify the director of that intention not later than six (6) monthsprior to the date the employer intends to cease to operate its place ofemployment.
