   § 28-47-10  Surety bonds or other security.– For the purpose of this chapter, the amount of surety bond, trust fund, orother adequate security required for group self-insurance plans shall bedetermined by the director by rule or regulation. If the director requires thegroup self-insurer to provide security other than a surety bond, the securitythat the director requires shall reside in Rhode Island and shall be in theform the director requires.
