§ 28-47-6 Rules and regulations. –The director shall promulgate the rules and regulations that may be required tocarry out the provisions of this chapter, including, without limitation, rulesand regulations pertaining to contracts of group insurance and excess groupinsurance with retentions and limits to be prescribed.
